With a name like "Bubble Chocolate", can anything go wrong? Claims to have "Just the right amount of chocolate", (be careful! that phrase is trademarked!) the bubble is suppose to give it a lighter texture that you just can't go back to regular chocolate afterwards. Or so they claim. This stuff is not so expensive, (for chocolate heaven anyhow) but it's still new, so be on the lookout at your local stores..
